2004 guide
Beaujolais-Villages 2002
crowned dark red  of a broad disc to violine contours. Cordial, quite youthful, quite fruity nose as with opening (morello cherry, bilberry), then spiced (pepper, nutmeg) and floral (peony, violet).
In mouth, it spreads out its multiple attractions, velvet , silky tannins, a full taste wine , cherry  savours,  of blackcurrant, of new leather, a  final to the accents of tender liquorice.
A nice wine to taste as of today with a quill with turnip

Scientists test
This wine contains 2485 mg/l total polyphenols including monomeric 58.9% and oligomers 14.6%.
