Robe or clair. Nez à dominante fruitée ( fruits secs, fruits à chair jaune) et de minéral. Bouche fraîche, ronde, capiteuse, aux parfums nets. Un vin bien construit, équilibré.
L'accord mets et vins : écrevisses à la normande.
Température de service : 7 à 8 °C.
