LE GUIDE DU VIN AU FEMININ
Brouilly

Cherry color brilliant and limpid.
A pleasant nose with flavours of fruits red lioke blackcurrant and currants.
In mouth, the tanins are soft with  harmony between the concentration of red small fruits, the silky
tanins and the small note, very vegetable, of the finale.

Saint Véran

This Saint Véran is really others.
Its brilliant color is tempting.
Nose : a lot of flavours of tropical fruits.
In mouth its acidity and its promptness marry with the exotic softness of its nose, which creates an interesting harmony with the palate.
Its length is suave and the unit is perfectly structuré.
This wine grower remains a sure value of this appellation.
Brouilly
Jean BARONNAT

The dress is cherry, brilliant and limpid. A powerful nose with red fruits, blackcurrant, currant, a floral note, and sweet spices.
The mouth is voluptuous, tannins not too aggressive, the harmony is subtle between the concentration of red small fruits, tannins, spices and the light vegetable note of the finale.
A wine  fresh, elegant, very pleasant in mouth.

Saint-Véran
Jean BARONNAT

This "Saint Véran" is  dissociated really from the others. Its brilliant color is tempting, with the nose  is unique : the tropical fruit flavours are so present that it is suprising.
In mouth its acidity and its liveliness marry with the softness of its exotic nose, which creates an interesting harmony with the palate. Its length is suave, very litchi, but, structured well and fresh.
