Aligote grape

This wine comes from one grape : the aligote.
This type of vine gives some fresh and fruity wines.
This wine becomes famous because the pastor Felix Kir created an aperitive : he blended this wine with cassis cream.
Traditional kir is made up d'1/3 of blackcurrant cream of Dijon and 2/3 of white wine.
